Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products returns and refunds are offered on a case by case basis. Before submitting your order you should be sure that all information entered is correct (texture, shipping address, length, custom options) before submitting your order. After submitting your order no changes can be made. If there is something noticeably wrong with your items once received, please notify us immediately via contact methods listed. If an exchange is offered ALL items must be returned in its original packaging unaltered (no cutting, no dye/bleach, no unraveling, unused).When contacting our company please be sure to include your order number, first & last name, reason for requesting an exchange/refund, and pictures. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ALL ITEMS. Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted if you have used/worn the product/items and for some reason are unsatisfied with your purchase. If you are granted an exchange/refund the item will be sent back at your expense. Tracking information for the returning package must be provided to our company and item(s) received before a refund/exchange can be processed. Exchanges will only take place for items of equal value.
